An account that has received no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. pk1447 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, provided that the applicable fee is disclosed in advance and the account balance does not fall below zero.
All bets placed on pk1447 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. pk1447 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded, placed on erroneous odds due to a manifest error, or placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect lines, or system faults — pk1447 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts at its sole discretion.
pk1447 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the applicable betting interface and may be amended from time to time.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by pk1447 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
